Eric A. Bernard is a an award winning licensed Landscape Architect and Director of Planning at KDC Associates, specializing in regenerative eco-hydro planning and landscape architecture integrating advanced GIS and BIM technologies. Eric has collaborated extensively across disciplines and mentored over 200 graduate students. He has held academic leadership roles, contributed to significant federal and privately funded research projects totaling over $30 million, developed influential platforms including ParkServeTM, and is honored to have co-directed the TxPWC.
