Ashley Kegley-Whitehead
Ashley Kegley-Whitehead serves as Chief Communications & Sustainability Officer for Infinity Water Solutions, where she helps lead strategy, external affairs, and the advancement of large-scale water recycling and circular-economy infrastructure across the Permian Basin. A strategic problem-solver, creative storyteller, and radical collaborator, Ashley’s work lives at the intersection of innovation, community, and impact.
With more than a decade of experience guiding high-visibility public initiatives, Ashley has secured over $2.6 billion in public funding for major city, county, and state-wide infrastructure programs. From ridesharing and autonomous vehicles to industrial water recycling and circular economy policy, she has played a central role in introducing transformative technologies and industries across Texas and the Southwest. Most recently, she spearheaded the nation’s first Blue Financing Framework, validated by Moody’s, that’s helping shape a new investment pathway for water reuse and conservation.
Before joining Infinity, Ashley co-founded and served as creative director of an award-winning marketing and communications agency. She has launched brands, built teams, and delivered campaigns for organizations ranging from Fortune 500 companies to emerging tech innovators, with clients including Google, Airbnb, Waymo, H-E-B, Waste Management, Kendra Scott, Lyft, Balcones Recycling, and the City of Austin.
A committed community leader, Ashley serves on the boards of the Lea County Economic Development Corporation, the Downtown Austin Alliance, and the UTPB Water in Energy Conference. She previously served as president of Hill Country Conservancy, where she dedicated more than a decade to water quality protection and land preservation throughout Texas. She is a graduate of Leadership Austin’s Essential and Emerge programs and a published author committed to education, environmental stewardship, and the arts.
