Ashley Kegley-Whitehead
Ashley Kegley-Whitehead currently serves as Chief Communications Officer for Infinity Water Solutions. Ashley is a strategic problem-solver, creative storyteller and radical collaborator whose work lives at the intersection of community and impact. Her passion and expertise in design, culture, communication and organizational strategy means she is borderline-obsessed with transforming the way companies engage with their customers, employees and communities.
Part change-agent, part cheerleader, Ashley is a mission-driven connector focused on creating exceptional experiences everywhere she goes. She has secured more than $2.6 billion dollars for Central Texas through a number of integrated marketing campaigns for city, county and school district bond elections, and she has ushered in innovative industries and technologies, such as ridesharing, dockless mobility, hotel home-sharing, autonomous vehicles and now, water recycling.
Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit, Ashley works best inspiring teams and coaching businesses to bring bold visions to life. She has launched brands, closed deals, solved problems and landed coverage for some truly amazing clients, including Google, Airbnb, Waymo, HEB, City of Austin, Waste Management, Texas Gas, Balcones Recycling, Kendra Scott, Lyft, and the Austin Independent School District.
As the former co-founder and creative director of an award-winning marketing and communications agency, Ashley has more than 10 years of management experience leading campaigns, building teams and growing a business. With an emphasis on placemaking, infrastructure and social causes, she has managed projects and people, that have figuratively and literally changed the skyline and direction of Austin.
Ashley has a deep commitment to community and channels her always-on energy through board leadership and mentorship. She currently sits on the board of directors of the Downtown Austin Alliance and Open Door Preschool. She is past-president of Hill Country Conservancy, having stewarded a decade of water quality protection and land preservation throughout the Texas Hill Country. She is a graduate of both Leadership Austin’s ESSENTIAL + EMERGE programs, as well as a fellow of the Real Estate Council of Austin’s leadership development program. She is a member of The Trail Foundation, the Society for Marketing Professional Services and CreativeMorningsATX. A lover of animals, she also served on the City of Austin’s Off-Leash Area Advisory Commission and tends to 14 chickens daily. Ashley lives in East Austin with her husband Sean and hopes to extend her love of good food and the great outdoors to their beautiful daughters Ava and Landry.
