Brian Sellers

Brian Sellers serves as ExxonMobil’s Permian Water Infrastructure Manager and the President of Pioneer Water Management LLC., an affiliate of ExxonMobil Corporation. In these roles, he oversees water assets and operations across both the Midland and Delaware basins—a role he assumed in May 2025.

With more than 25 years of experience at ExxonMobil, Brian has held a variety of leadership positions spanning North American hydrocarbon value chains and marketing. Most recently, he played a key role in the integration and transition of commercial and marketing functions for Denbury and Pioneer Natural Resources into ExxonMobil.

Brian holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Houston.
