David serves as Senior Large Commercial & Industrial Account Manager at Oncor Electric Delivery, leading strategic operations support and partnership development with West Texas companies. Beginning his career with Oncor as a Utility Designer, David specialized in Electric infrastructure implementation and then transitioned to New Construction Manger guiding large customers on complex electric service projects in West Texas. For the last eight years as LC & I Account Manager, David has helped spearhead tailored electric delivery solutions that power every sector in the Permian Basin. His focus remains on solving the regions toughest challenges: delivering safe, reliable power amid raid growth, shifting demand and evolving technology.
