Dennis Lithgow

Dennis Lithgow currently serves as the Water Infrastructure Manager at ExxonMobil. Prior to the Pioneer Natural Resources merger with ExxonMobil, Dennis was Vice President Permian Infrastructure for Pioneer Natural Resources and President of Pioneer Water Management LLC.  His roles throughout his over 25-year career with Pioneer range from Corporate Finance to Domestic Operations.  His entrepreneurial spirit and passion for business led him to co-founding and running Pioneer Well Services LLC. The success of the service company opened additional opportunities to lead and manage Pioneer Water Management LLC as well as Pioneer’s Surface Land team.  College rodeo provided him the opportunity to attend Eastern New Mexico University where he attained a BBA with an emphasis in Accounting and Business.
