Marley Bain

Marley Bain is the Senior Manager of Facilities, Construction, and Water at Ovintiv, one of North America’s largest producers of oil, condensate, and natural gas liquids. With a multi-basin portfolio that includes significant acreage in the Midland Basin, Marley has led the company’s water management, reuse, and recycling initiatives, including significant water infrastructure expansion in the basin over the past decade. 

During her 12-year tenure at Ovintiv, Marley has held numerous leadership roles across Ovintiv’s North American portfolio, including:  water management, facilities engineering, infrastructure planning, reservoir engineering, and environmental programs.

Before joining Ovintiv, Marley spent over 10 years managing air, waste, and water programs for municipalities, mining industries, and refineries in various state agencies and consulting firms. 

Marley holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Puget Sound and a Master of Science in Environmental and Public Health from the University of Washington.
