Ross LEra

Ross Lera serves as Vice President of Commercial Development at Select Water Solutions where he leads strategy and organic growth initiatives for Select’s water infrastructure business. Since joining Select in 2019, he has held roles of increasing responsibility across both the corporate finance and commercial teams, with a consistent focus on expanding and optimizing the company’s water infrastructure platform.

Prior to joining Select, Ross spent several years at Howard Weil and Johnson Rice & Company – both New Orleans-based investment banking firms – as an equity analyst covering companies spanning the energy value chain. At Howard Weil, he was a member of the small- to mid-cap E&P team, and at Johnson Rice he focused on companies in the midstream and oilfield services sectors.

Ross holds a Master’s degree in Energy Finance & Trading from Tulane University and a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana State University.
