Whitney Dobson

Whitney Dobson is the founder and principal of McCloy Consulting, a commercial midstream advisory practice serving upstream operators, midstream platforms, and financial sponsors across the Permian Basin. Her work spans produced water infrastructure strategy, commercial contract development, regulatory positioning, and transaction advisory. Prior to founding McCloy Consulting, Whitney served as Chief Operating Officer of Infinity Water Solutions, a Northern Delaware Basin produced water recycling and management platform, and previously held senior commercial and operational roles at Aris Water Solutions across its commercial expansion and platform build-out. She brings more than 15 years of commercial and operational midstream experience and co-chairs the Permian Basin Water in Energy Conference. Whitney holds an MBA from Chicago Booth.
