Luis Baez is the Permian Basin Water Manager for ConocoPhillips and has held this position since 2021. He has also served as the Permian Basin Non-Operated Manager for ConocoPhillips and Shell. Previously, he was the International Unconventional Shales Manager for Shell, overseeing operations in several countries. Luis has extensive experience in shale and coal seam gas projects, both in the US and internationally. He graduated as a Geologist from the University of Liverpool in 2001 and is involved with several professional organizations.
